This place feels like a family. It’s not like a regular mechanic shop where u feel like they only care about the car and trying to get money, this place makes you feel like they care about you and they do the best work in the New England. My car runs way better than before and I’m only going to WestTuned from now on. I appreciate all the help and can’t wait to go back!

I just got back from picking my 2016 BMW X5 M50i up from the tune shop! I cannot describe how much faster and more powerful the car is now! It was worth every penny! If you have a European or an exotic car, check out westtuned for your performance upgrades and dyno tunes! One look at their Instagram page and you’ll know they’re the one for you. They have worked on some pretty amazing builds. Can’t say enough how impressed I am with this tune. This thing is a monster now! They have definitely earned my business for life!

Bati, the owner, and the other mechanics there were amazing to work with. I had an issue with my C 63 AMG that apparently nobody could solve, but Bati spent all day personally working on it to figure it out. And he was able to not only relieve my issue that was causing a limp mode, but he was able to gain me 100 HP and 200 TQ on an ECU tune alone. He and his team were so patient and careful when working on all vehicles in the shop. They were extremely kind and accommodating to all my needs and requests. I cannot recommend this shop enough. I came from southern CT for their service and I would easily do it again.

I brought my f10 m5 to West Tuned needinga pro tune. Bati helped me service my car,install performance parts, and tune all in one.I’ve brought my car to countless people andthey have all been clueless to what’s wrong with it. Bati looked into it and found my fuel injectors were failing. After replacing my fuel Injectors Bati tuned my car and got it running great. The whole experience was extremely professional Bati and his team know what they are doing with performance cars and highly recommend West Tuned!

(2018 B9 Audi S5 Coupe)These guys are awesome, very very knowledgeable. I had numerous questions and they had a direct and definite answer for every single one. Used there in house custom tune, a cold air intake and larger intercooler. (Which they ordered for me)They told me to drop it off today and I’d get it back Wednesday. He contacted me and told me my car was done the same day I dropped it off. Absolutely unbelievable turnaround time. As far as their tune goes, much more responsive, excellent power increase at low and high rpms. You really feel it. I will be going back shortly to get a exhaust installed already ordered it. (again through their part dealer). And will be returning after that to remove all the cheap oem plastic parts in my engine bay.
